====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 304 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is son of the deceased. He has been made accused in the instant case only on the basis of statement of co-villager due to village politics. The informant who is father of deceased has lodged First Information Report against unknown persons. Petitioner is in custody since 13.9.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74559 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Chamapran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
