JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 21.8.2015, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 15268 of 2012. The petitioner submits that he could not file appeal against final assessment order, passed under section 126 of the Electricity Act within the time frame, as there was no appropriate authority to receive the same because of ensuing election.

Without going into the merits of the submission, the period for filing the appeal is further extended by eight weeks from today.

The MJC is thus allowed.
