The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case no. 139 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 199, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are said to have obtained employment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of the documents which were found to be forged.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24821 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/3 case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against the petitioners. Petitioners have been made accused in the case due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted on behalf of petitioner Ranjana Kumari that the case was lodged without verifying the photograph on the admit card filed by the petitioner for obtaining job and it is submitted on behalf of petitioner Rina Kumari that the photographs on the admit card and the application form filed by the petitioner at the time of getting job are matching as evident from the F.I.R. itself. Petitioners have been terminated from the service and they have been prosecuting.
Similarly situated persons namely Kumari Manju, Lalan Singh, Pawan Kumar and Ramashish Singh have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.
