The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C 1439 of 2012 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36697 of 2014 (4) dt.13-04-2015 2 / 2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Mousmi Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. C 1439 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
