2. The present application has been filed seeking modification/correction of the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65649 of 2019 only to the extent that the date appearing in paragraph nos. 2 and 6 of the impugned order may be corrected and read as 23.07.2019 in place of 03.07.2019.

3. Having considered the submissions advanced and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

4. Accordingly, let the date appearing in paragraph nos. 2 and 6 of the impugned order dated 29.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65649 of 2019 be read as 23.07.2019 in place of 03.07.2019.
