The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barabar Paryatak (Barabar Tourist) P. S. Case No. 24 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the involvement of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation of a case in which some unknown criminals damaged ATM machine of the bank and tried to commit theft, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
