JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379,384,354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner intercepted the informant's vehicle, assaulted with sharp cutting weapon, demanded extortion of rupees ten thousand and snatched the gold chain from the wife of the informant who is Headmaster of the school where the petitioner is Secretary of the School Committee. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report suggests superficial simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance and there is counter version of the occurrence also. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42141 of 2014 (3) dt.13-04-2015 petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 349 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
