The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 326 of 2017 registered under Sections 498(a), 494, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is general and vague allegation against the petitioner. On perusal of FIR, it appears that earlier a case was also lodged by opposite party no. 2 against the petitioner.
