3. Perusal of record shows that vide letter dated 14.07.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Criminal Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellants was called for. In response thereto, the Superintendent of Police, Purnia submitted a report dated 09.08.2025 based on the information furnished by S.H.O., Muffasil P.S., Purnea, apprising this Court that the appellants namely, Bhola Tatma,

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.176 of 2000(5) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 Ashok Tatma, Rup Lal Tatma and Bounu Tatma have died during pendency of this Criminal Appeal.

4. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by appellants- Bhola Tatma, Ashok Tatma, Rup Lal Tatma and Bounu Tatma stands abated.
