Informant, while was in a way to his house with motorcycle, was stopped by the criminals and they took away his mobile set, motorcycle and cash.
From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that petitioner was apprehended in another case and on the basis of inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement having been made by the petitioner in that case, has been remanded (para 76). Though chargesheet has been submitted but the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
Accordingly, petitioner Ajit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43540 of 2016 (3) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dhirendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dehri-on-Sone at Rohtas in connection with Darihat P.S. case no. 12 of 2016. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) rinkee/- U T
