This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar PS Case No. 245 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 302/120B(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2018. Referring to Annexure-2 series learned counsel further submits that in similar circumstances the co-accused persons having similar allegation have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77202 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar PS Case No. 245 of 2018.
