JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 Engagement of teaching and non-teaching staffs were made as a part time on contractual basis under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan under the Institution, which is known as Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya.

In the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction of this Court for directing the respondents to engage the petitioner on a teaching post under the aforesaid scheme. It would be relevant to indicate here that no substantive right has accrued in favour of the petitioner to hold the said post; therefore the Court cannot invoke the Article 226 for making

The petitioner, if so advised, may file a civil suit before the competent court for redressal of her grievances. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
