Petitioner, having his prayer for anticipatory bail disposed of on 15.12.2014 vide Cr. Misc. no. 43880 of 2014, evaded his presence and lastly surrendered on 20.10.2016. There happens to be no explanation with regard to his decision keeping himself away from the mainstream.

Accordingly, I do not think it a fit case for grant of bail. As such, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the learned lower court will release the petitioner on bail on its own satisfaction after framing of charge.
