JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti in C.R. Case No. 204 of 2015 arising out of Benipatti P.S.Case No. 54 of 2014 by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to take all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
