The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Balua Bazar P.S.Case No. 41 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the delay of two days in institution of the FIR as also the injury report of the informant, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, which would show that three injuries caused upon the informant were simple in nature whereas two others for which opinion was reserved were bruises, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77350 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Balua Bazar P.S.
