Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel representing the private respondents are of the view that nothing remains for adjudication in the present case as after 2003, the policy decisions and the guide lines regarding appointment to the post of Panchayat Sevak stands changed and in this case, the petitioners are challenging the selection process alleging that the process has not been completed in terms of the roaster by following the Reservation Rules.

Since, no one appears to press the writ application, the same is dismissed in default.
