JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 This criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12418 of 2017 by which the petitioners were admitted to anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks.

It is submitted that due to the reason that the petitioners did not come from outside, they could not surrender within the time and prayer has been made to extend the time of surrendering. Learned APP has got no objection.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, this modification application is allowed and the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali within four weeks from today in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 and on
