Petitioners apprehend arrest in Gopalganj Town PS Case No. 569 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 283, 392, 327, 307, 353 and 427 of the IPC.

It is submitted that the allegations itself reveals that a mob of 500 people was protesting the death of accident victim. The petitioners are said to have been identified from amongst 500 persons at the spot. The allegations are highly improbable, false and fabricated on extraneous consideration. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.76141 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Gopalganj in Gopalganj Town PS Case No. 569 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
