Patna High Court CWJC No.7315 of 2019 dt.02-05-2019 2/2 disposing of the memorial dated 08.04.2016 preferred by the petitioner, within a reasonable period of time.

3. On the petitioner preferring a fresh memorial before the Inspector General of Police, Patna Region, Patna (respondent no. 2) within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned respondent would be under an obligation to dispose it of within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
