The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 15.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.53591 of 2021 whereby the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have been framed against the petitioner on 26.03.2022 (Annexure-2 to the bail application).

Since the charges against the petitioner have been framed, as such, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22843 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Sessions Case No.119 of 2022 arising out of Bheldi P. S. Case No.108 of 2021. However, it is made clear that if the learned Court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Court below shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
