2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation made in the FIR, the petitioner fired at the leg of the informant, as a result of which he became injured.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the report of the learned court below shows that still four witnesses are yet to be examined. He has also submitted that the petitioner is under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25219 of 2024(3) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 custody since 22.05.2022.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) In case of his failure in appearance on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
