The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Chapra (Town) P.S. Case No. 262 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 , 477(A) of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated. He further submits that moreover the charge of false allegation, as per the allegation itself the amount was kept in the account of the petitioner, which was subsequently disbursed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47658 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, keeping in view the nature of accusation, I do not find it a case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed.
