JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 (Special Case No. 345 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 (Special Case No. 345 of 2018).
