2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 12.02.2020 passed in A.B.P. No. 134 of 2020, arising out of Akengarsarai P.S. Case No. 344 of 2019 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IIIrd, Hilsa, Nalanda.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
