This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.6.2012 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda in S.T. No.594 of 2011 by which petition filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal procedure has been rejected and it has been found that sufficient materials are available on the record to frame charge under Sections 304B/34 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and alternatively also under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court does not find any error in the impugned order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40983 of 2012 (2) dt.01-04-2015 Accordingly this application is dismissed with a liberty to raise all points before the court below at the appropriate stage.
