JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case 94 of 2018 registered under Section 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that co-accused Fucho Sah @ Pucho Sah having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case 94 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid
