2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

Patna High Court C. REV. No.57 of 2022(3) dt.03-07-2025 2/3 "to review the order dated 22.03.2022 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma (as his lordship then was) in C.W.J.C.No. 250 of 2021 disposing the Writ petition to file an appeal before Teacher District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority in terms of judgment dated 22.03.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489/2020."

The contention of the petitioners are that the prayer was relating to the civil court employees, Begusarai but on the date (22.03.2022), as the matter related to education cases were assigned to the concerned Bench, the same were disposed of directing them to approach the District Appellate/State Appellate Authority.

4. Ms. Anukriti Jaipuriyar, learned counsel is representing the Patna High Court and she is in agreement with the submission put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Even according to her, erroneously, the matter was disposed of with a direction to approach the Appellate Authority.

5. This Court has gone through the petition and submissions seems to be justified. In that background, the order dated 22.03.2022 in CWJC No. 250 of 2021 is recalled and the Civil Review No. 57 of 2022 is allowed.

6. Office to do the needful to resurrect the CWJC No. 250 of 2021 (Raja Ram Das & Anr. vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) so that the same is placed before an appropriate Bench assigned with the service matter.
