The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and under Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. As per the prosecution case, a live cartridge of .315 bore, two empty cartridge of .315 bore, a pellet of fired cartridge and two empty cartridges of 9MM were recovered. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the materials available on record and the allegation against the petitioner and considering the 16 criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application stands rejected.
