01-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Further, submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that both the parties have compromised the case. Petitioner is in custody since 20-05-2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
