The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons. According to the petitioner, his name was taken by the co-accused, who was apprehended and on the basis of his confessional statement, the petitioner was arrested and allegedly he has also given his self-incriminating confessional statement. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that though he was arrested on 18.06.2016 but he has not been subjected to any Test Identification Parade. It is contended that co-accused, Ranjeet Chauhan, who is on similar footing, has already been

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No.52 of 2016 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be the close relative or his family member, who will file affidavit before the court below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship with the petitioner.
