Petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2016 in connection with Hazipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 166of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the name of this petitioner came in confessional statements of co-accused due to enmity. Except this nothing is against this petitioner nor any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused, Gariban Singh, having more or less similar allegation, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44905 of 2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.769 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Hazipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015.
