The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he caused injury with Khanti (a weapon of penetration) at the head of the husband of the informant.

The injury report would reveal that the Doctor has found simple laceration caused by hard and blunt substance. Submission is that the injury report is not consistent with the prosecution allegation and the present false FIR is result of Complaint Case No. 541(C) of 2016 lodged by co-accused Sri

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12887 of 2017 (3) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 Kant Singh.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna/successor Court in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Police Station Case No. 256 of 2016, G.R. No. 1630 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
