BAJANTHRI) 06-12-2023 In the instant petition, appellant has prayed for the following relief(s):- "That this Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order dated 12.4.2021 passed in Maintenance Case No. 62/2019 by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar by which learned Principal Judge was pleased to direct the appellant to pay interim maintenance allowance to the Respondent Lalita Devi from the date of filing of interim petition by 10th day of every succeeding month."

2. Having regard to the fact that matter relates to maintenance of the respondent, the present appeal is not maintainable. The appellant has remedy of criminal revision.

3. The present matter is not covered under Section 19

Patna High Court MA No.146 of 2022(5) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 of the Family Courts Act, 1984. Co-ordinate Bench has passed a detailed order in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 237 of 2020 (Md. Manjoor Alam @ Md. Manzoor Alam vs. Hasena Khatoon. In the result present Miscellaneous Appeal No. 146 of 2022 is not maintainable and it is disposed of, reserving liberty to invoke appropriate remedy.
