It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the victim and the petitioner No. 1 have already solemnized marriage and they have been blessed with a child. The victim does not want to pursue the case further. She is residing with petitioner No. 1. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2018 by order dated 10-01-2019 stands confirmed.
