JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 354A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. Though, the accusation of demanding dowry and attempting to kill the informant is specific against the husband of the informant. It is also alleged against the husband of the informant is that he used to humiliate the informant in presence of his friends.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant.

No.46497 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Birpur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
