The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.248 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

27 liters 540 ml. liquor is said to have been recovered from the back side of toilet of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case No.248 of 2018.
