Petitioner is said to have opened fire, causing fire-arm injury on the left hand of the informant, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24-02-2015. No doubt, earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but submission on behalf of petitioner is that uptill now, out of 9 proposed prosecution witnesses, only three prosecution witnesses could be examined and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on
