In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Agion Bazar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 109 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have hurled abuses and assaulted the informant. It has also been alleged that on the exhortation of Shiv Bhajan Paswan, Shiv

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioners. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Agion Bazar P.S.
