2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per prosecution case , informant suspects that co-accused Abhishek Pandey and his wife committed murder of the son of informant due to money dispute .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accuased Abhishek Pandey as one of his associates. Except confessional statement, there is no other material available on record to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Barh Patna in connection with NTPC P.S. case No. 105 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
