The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that daughter of the informant was married with Chhotu Kumar on 22.12.2015. She was tortured by her husband and other accused persons for demand of Rs.3,00,000/-. The daughter of informant was murdered by the accused persons on 24.05.2016, due to non-fulfillment of demand. It has been submitted that petitioner is Bhaisur (elder brother of the husband of the deceased). From the written report itself it appears that there is no specific allegation of overt act

In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016.
