The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The informant has alleged that her husband has gone out of the house saying that he would return after few hours. But, he did not return in the night. On the next morning, informant learnt that her husband has been shot dead by some unknown person. The informant has raised suspicion in the last portion of the FIR that her husband has illicit relationship with

Petitioner is in custody since 18.4.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Kothi P.S.
