JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. Case No.106 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 337, 338, 504, 506 & 304 of the Indian Penal Code. F.I.R. itself disclosed the allegation against the petitioners that while labourers of the informant were keeping the bricks, the same was opposed by the accused persons and have abused the labourers also and on protest, they started assaulting with them, causing injuries to one Munna Ansari. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that eight persons are named in the F.I.R. and further it appears that somebody has sustained injuries but only one injury

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. Case No.106 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
