In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Tr. No. 823 of 2016, arising from Rampur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I. Act. As per the earlier commitment, the petitioner has not complied the order, in pursuance thereof, he was taken into custody.

In paragraph 17 of this petition, it has been mentioned that altogether the petitioner has remained in jail for two years and five months.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47932 of 2016 (4) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Dhirendra Kumar, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepanshu Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gaya in connection with Tr.
