2. On query of the Court with respect to the stage of the case, it has been fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charges have been framed and trial has commenced and two witnesses have been examined.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State at this stage submits that since trial has commenced and two witnesses have been examined, as such, the Court should not interfere at this stage of the case.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24524 of 2017(2) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 entertain the quashing application.
5. Accordingly, the present quashing application is dismissed.
