The petitioner seeks bail in Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 9/16 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to S. Tr. No. 333/16.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Karunesh Kumar in Para 67 of the case diary. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended and the petitioner is alleged to have confessed his guilt before the police but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. After the petitioner was arrested, some of the witnesses stated that two days before the occurrence, the petitioner was found roaming around the place of occurrence. The petitioner was not put on T.I.P. The petitioner is in jail since 07.03.2016.

No.38594 of 2016 (3) dt.19-11-2016 2/2 Considering the facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Rohtas at Sasaram in S. Tr. No. 333/16 arising out of Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 9/16.
