2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 16.12.2014 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Rohtas (Sasaram) in Land Dispute Case No.113/2014-15.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection that the remedy of statutory appeal is available to the petitioners.

4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off directing the petitioners to avail statutory remedy of appeal under the Statute within four weeks from today.

5. The delay, if any, in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
