JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to press his grievance before the trial Court for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.279 of 2000. According to the learned counsel, 17 years have elapsed and in spite of the fact that the lower appellate Court directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit within nine months, it has not been disposed of till date.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ application. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
The lower Court is directed to see that the suit is disposed of within a reasonable period as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
