The instant case has been registered against the petitioner on the allegation that while he was Manager of Bhumi Vikas Bank, Rosera Branch, had misappropriated the amount. During course of submission, it has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is ready to deposit the amount for which allegation has been levelled against him. Learned APP does not object.
On deposit of misappropriated amount, which the learned lower court will ascertain, petitioner, Jai Bahadur Singh, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with
