This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 419, 420, 406 and 364 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Sikandar Kumar, a minor son of the informant was found missing from 05.12.2015 and a report was lodged with Ekangarsarai Police Station vide Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015 against unknown persons. Thereafter, a Complaint Case No. 423C of 2016 was filed on 16.08.2016 alleging therein that the petitioner who had taken money for managing job for Ramesh Kumar, another son of the informant, could not manage the job nor refunded the money rather had abducted to Sikandar Kumar. This complaint petition was registered as Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016.
The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
After hearing the parties and considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55589 of 2016 (3) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa Nalanda at Biharsharif, or successor Court.
