This application has been filed by the appellant for modification of the order dated 11. 03.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.107 of 2019, whereby petitioner was granted regular bail.

It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that due to mistake, alias name in the father name of the appellant as @ Kishori Prasad could not be typed in the aforesaid order as such appellant prays to add the alias name in the father name of the appellant as @ Kishori Prasad.

In above view of the matter, let father name of the appellant be read as "Kishori Mahto @ Kishori Prasad" in place of "Kishori Mahto".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20804 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 11. 03.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.107 of 2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
